Multilingual Retreat Day
We will have a Multilingual Retreat Day on August 22 from 9am-4 pm, which will include mass. There will be speakers from different cultures coming to talk about the Catholic Church from different countries: a speaker from South Bend talking about the African-American experience; Fr. Bartholomew will speak about Nigeria; another will be speaking about Haiti; the Hispanic group from St. Patrick’s is coming to do a Hispanic adoration; and another group from St. Patrick’s will do a chanted Vietnamese rosary. It will be a really interesting experience. There will be food provided and faith sharing along with silent moments of reflection in retreat atmosphere.
