Distribution of Christmas Food Boxes will be on Saturday, December 12, 2026, from 9am-12pm
The Christmas Food Box Program began as a small ministry in 1975 serving 150 to 200 families. This year the Christmas Food Box is preparing to gift over 450 families a meal to prepare at home. Pre-registration is required to receive a Christmas Food Box.
UPDATE ON DISTRIBUTION
On December 13, 2025, volunteers distributed Christmas boxes to 527 families – 75 more than last year! Thank you to the volunteers who make this ministry possible. Appreciation also goes to all who donated food items and financial support over the past year. Special thanks Bishop Luers High School, St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church School, New Tech Academy, Homestead High School Boys Soccer Team, Miss Virginia’s Mission House (Food Pantry), Ossian Meats, Aunt Millie’s Bread, Kelly Box & Packaging Corp., Community Foundation of Greater Fort, Community Harvest Food Bank – Fort Wayne, Costco, Meijer on Lima Road and Rothberg Law.
